Kids

We are committed to partnering with parents to disciple their children! The Bible teaches that parents are the primary disciple-makers in the home. This means you have a big job that impacts eternity for your kids! At Cross Community, we want to come alongside you and your kids to help them grow! That’s why, during our Sunday morning worship services, we offer Bible studies in a fun, safe, age-appropriate environment where children can hear the gospel. All our programs are led by volunteers who are members that have been background checked and undergone our child safety training courses. Every Sunday at 10:30 am, we offer ministry to kids nursery through pre-k, 1st through 3rd grade, and 4th through 6th grade. Every month with a fifth Sunday, we encourage parents to bring their children to service for a family worship service. We will still have nursery available on family worship Sundays.

Youth

With a commitment to God’s Word and a love for the next generation, we strive to invest in the lives of 7th-12th graders during one of the most crucial stages of their lives and partner with parents to disciple them. We don’t see them as a distant future of the church; they are the church.

We offer a weekly community group every Sunday night from 6:30-8:30 led by qualified adult volunteers for students in 7th-12th grade to gather, study the Bible, form godly friendships and be equipped to lead others to know and follow Jesus. Community Groups

Groups are a big deal at Cross Community. We want everyone to experience intentional discipleship, meaningful relationships, and accountability that strengthens your life. At Community Groups, we focus on building biblical friendships, studying God’s Word, praying together, and caring for one another. These groups are typically location based and include summer and holiday breaks. We use sermon material and elder-approved curriculum.

We have Community Groups that meet throughout the week in Green Cove Springs, Lake Asbury, Orange Park, Fleming Island, and Penney Farms. Find a group near you!
